Chad J. Hudziak

Partner

Chad has worked hard to become a values-based financial professional, specializing in retirement income planning. He helps individuals and families create Financial Road Maps™ and, more importantly, helps them achieve their goals and fulfill the values they hold most dear.

A native of Wisconsin, Chad began his career as a computer consultant. During that time, he worked with many local companies in the design and implementation phases of technology projects. In 2007, Chad changed paths and became a partner with Wisconsin Retirement and Insurance Advisors and later founded Midwest Retirement Solutions.

Today, Chad represents multiple national companies as an independent insurance agent and works in conjunction with area attorneys with a focus on estate and business planning. He holds an insurance license in Wisconsin.

In his spare time, Chad enjoys boating, golfing and outdoor sports. He and his wife, Samantha, live in De Pere with their two dogs, Copper and Lily.

A lifelong Wisconsin native, Chad began his career as a technology strategist, partnering with local businesses to design and implement innovative systems that improved efficiency and growth. In 2007, he transitioned into financial services—becoming a partner with Wisconsin Retirement and Insurance Advisors before founding Midwest Retirement Solutions, where his mission is simple: to provide honest guidance, personalized strategies, and lasting client relationships.

As an independent insurance agent, Chad represents several leading national companies and collaborates with area attorneys to provide clients with comprehensive estate and business planning solutions. Licensed in Wisconsin, he takes pride in delivering clarity and confidence to every client conversation.

Outside of work, Chad enjoys boating, golfing, and spending time outdoors. He and his wife, Samantha, live in Appleton with their daughter, Levyn, and their two dogs, Piper and Gary.

Mary Sue

In his spare time, Chad enjoys boating, golfing and outdoor sports. He and his wife, Samantha, live in De Pere with their two dogs, Copper and Piper.

Mary Sue has been the friendly face that greets clients at Midwest Retirement Solutions for the past 10 years. A lifelong resident of the Green Bay area, she takes pride in making everyone who walks through the door feel welcome and at home.

Before joining the team, Mary Sue spent 25 years in the hotel industry as a General Manager and later worked at a local law firm. Her years of experience in hospitality and customer service shine through in her warm personality and genuine care for clients.

Mary Sue and her husband are celebrating 47 wonderful years of marriage. They have two children and four grandchildren who keep them busy and smiling. When she’s not at work, you’ll find her enjoying the outdoors—golfing, four-wheeling, taking long walks, or occasionally fishing. She also loves to cook, bake, and spend quality time with her grandkids.

Mary Sue’s positive attitude and enthusiasm make her an essential part of the Midwest Retirement Solutions family.

Piper

Piper is also The Midwest Retirement Solutions office dog. She is about four years old and is a yellow English Labrador Retriever. Piper’s duties are greeting our clients (many of whom make special trips to our office just to see her), demanding endless belly rubs and treats, napping in a sunbeams and just reminding all of us to slow down and enjoy life.
